I have nothing but praise for Steve and his team. When I knew I needed to get a quote I wanted someone who was local as well as a smaller business. The reviews that were given gave me the confidence that I needed to reach out. He communicated so well and walked me through all the steps as well as my options. He gave me a quote on the spot so I knew that I would be able to budget this out and pay when completed. It so happened the damage was worse than what I thought but he told me he would work with me and that eased my mind. He knew the amount I was willing to utilize to fix my issue and he worked with me. I had a soft roof that I thought was from my AC unit. It turns out the damage was far worse than what he thought. I am so grateful he sent me all the pictures to show me what was going on and I also replaced my AC knowing that the leak was dripping from around the unit I wasn't sure if the unit was going to be any good after. He gave me a quote on a new unit and that is what I went with. He installed it for free and I was so happy that I didn't have to order it or figure out what to replace mine with. Knowing my camper was a 2005 and he treated me with the utmost respect and was honest with me puts him ahead of the rest in my eyes. Thank you, Steve, for working diligently with me and fixing my camper I will be able to continue to enjoy it for years to come.
Steve came out to my house to repair a leak in the front corner of my travel trailer. During his initial roof inspection he also found a significant soft spot in the one of the back corners as well. After Steve initially estimated that spot would cost an additional $500 to fix, I told him to go ahead with repairing both areas and re-sealing the entire roof. When he was finished he noted that the whole job went faster than anticipated so he adjusted my bill down a few hundred dollars to reflect that. This was very honest of him, as I would have had no idea how the labor tIme and price for materials would have broken out. Steve did a nice job - pictures included. He also provided a 10 year warranty.
Steve was great to work with and very responsive. I submitted the request for quote and he came the next day. He has very thorough during his roof inspection to ensure all areas were covered and leak proof. He walked me through the whole process from start to finish which made it a really good experience. His attention to detail helped to identify areas that needed to be sealed that I did not consider. I would highly recommend Steve for any RV roof repair.
My sister was recently returning to Minnesota from a road trip in her class C motorhome. She discovered what appeared to be a rather substantial roof leak while on the road. I suggested she just keep driving and I’d help her find a reputable rv roof repair shop near her home. I discovered Steve at RV Roof renewal and encouraged her to call him once she was home. She did just that and Steve offered to take a look at her motorhome the next day. At her request Steve agreed to keep me updated on what he found and what repairs would be needed. That is asking a lot of a repair shop owner. I found that he was a great communicator and superior at customer service. He shared photos and described what needed to be done to make the motorhome watertight again. I was very pleased with his overall technical knowledge and problem solving skills. Anyone who has ever experienced a water leak in their rv or at home would agree how frustrating it can be not only find the source of the leak but fix the problem. Steve was a pleasure to work with.

"I bought an older RV to renovate and discovered 3 rotted rafters along with a badly damaged roof. RV Roof Renewal completely knocked it out of the park. Rebuilt the 3 rafters, installed R26 spray-foam insulation, then installed a brand-new EPDM roof system that looks incredible. The workmanship was top-notch, and the whole process was faster than I expected — 6 days later it showed up in my driveway. I couldn't be happier with the results. This RV is solid and ready for my Alaskan trip this spring. Thank you RV Roof Renewal!"Renee N.
